A letter from our President...

My name is Gisele Koods, and I am the current chapter president of this sisterhood. I joined Gamma Phi Beta during formal recruitment in 2023, as a freshman. I have been in this chapter for three years, and I can confidently say it has been the best decision I have made. This chapter has given me so many amazing bonds and opportunities to grow as a woman. My experience has given me so much more confidence, leadership skills, and motivation to be the best I can be. The bonds I have with all the girls in the chapter is something that I will cherish for a lifetime. 

 

Since joining Gamma Phi Beta I have held other leadership positions in the chapter. I started off as Alumni Chairwoman and later became the Financial Vice President. These positions gave me experiences in bettering my communication, financial skills, and teamwork. These skills will not only help me in college, but will also help me in my professional career. 

 

This semester will be very exciting for our chapter! We are currently preparing for formal recruitment, and cannot wait to gain some new sisters. We are also hosting a bunch of different events including sisterhoods, semiformal, socials, and many other things bonding with our sisters. 

 

Gamma Phi Beta holds a special place in my heart, and has impacted my life. Our four core values love, labor, learning, and loyalty inspire me to live up to those standards everyday. These core values shine through my sisters in many different ways. Every sister in this chapter contributes something special to what I call my sisterhood. I am so honored to be able to lead this amazing group of women, and watch them grow in Gamma Phi.
