“ Hello & thank you for visiting the Delta Omega website! I’m the Chapter Advisor of this amazing Oakland University chapter, where we focus on philanthropy, scholarship and fostering lifelong connections. Prior to stepping into the role of CA, I was the Education Advisor for Delta Omega & Beta Delta at MSU (still there too). I graduated from Oakland University in 2016 with a bachelors of science in elementary education. I have taught in many realms of teaching and I am currently a private teacher in Birmingham, MI. When I am not helping out with the DO chapter, DB chapter or the Oakland County Alumni Chapter, I am either working out, spending time with friends and family or trying out new recipes. I truly enjoy helping the sisters of Delta Omega become strong, confident and successful women. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me. ”
Starting my Gamma Phi journey in 2001, it has been full of great friendships and experiences. I am now going into my 12th year of being a volunteer advisor with Delta Omega., starting as recruitment advisor before transitioning to chapter advisor and then after a year off, returning as DO’s recruitment advisor!
As an Oakland University graduate, I am happy to see how much the chapter and Greek life has grown and the amazing women that have come from the Delta Omega chapter.
When I am not volunteering with Delta Omega or my local alumnae chapter, you can find me at my company’s office where I work as an operational analyst for an advertising agency. I also like to fill my free time with home renovations (never ending!), watching random nutritional/fitness YouTube videos, cooking, or hanging out with my fur baby, Lillie.
Gamma Phi has brought me some of the best friends that I could have asked for and cannot wait for the future members to experience the same thing.

I now work for a software company called Billhighway, where I support national fraternity and sorority organizations with their chapter finances. I also teach ballet at the school Eisenhower Dance Detroit in Rochester, MI. When I'm not at work, you can find me hanging out with my cat, shopping or heading the to the gym. Joining Gamma Phi Beta in the fall of 2014 was one of the best decisions I made in college. My experience within Gamma Phi has always enriched my life. I'm excited to now be on the advisory board and be a witness to all the amazing things our sisters accomplish!

Hi! My name is Colleen Squanda and I am the Philanthropy Advisor for the Delta Omega Chapter! I am a senior at Michigan State University graduating this May with a degree in Political Science, and was a member of the Beta Delta chapter of Gamma Phi Beta. This organization has given me lifelong friends, leadership skills, and avenues to make change. Gamma Phi Beta’s philanthropy in particular is very important to me as it centers around building strong women. Through our partnership with Girls on the Run, we are able to make this happen. I was the philanthropy chair at Beta Delta for two years, and am so happy to be able to continue my involvement with our philanthropy in this new position. Outside of the many hours of homework I do, I love to play golf, workout, and spend time with my friends!
